Vego is a leads and sales CRM operated by Decordesk Technical FZE, SPC Free Zone, Sharjah, UAE. This page explains what information Vego handles and how.

Information we collect

Account information. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. If your admin creates a username and password for you, we store your username, name, role and a securely hashed password.

Business data you enter. Leads, contact numbers, notes, quotes, documents, appointments and other records that you or your team add to Vego.

How we use it

Only to run Vego for your company: signing you in, showing your team its own data, reminders and reports. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with other companies.

Separation between companies

Each company's data is kept separate. People can only see the data of the company they belong to, and admins control who joins their team.

Where data is stored

Vego data is stored with our hosting provider Supabase (servers in Mumbai, India) and the app is served by Netlify. Both act as service providers for Vego.

Google user data

Vego only requests your basic Google profile (name, email, picture) to sign you in. Vego's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your data while your company uses Vego. Your company admin can remove staff accounts at any time. To delete your company or your account entirely, email us and we will delete it within 30 days.
